The contract (hereinafter referred to as “reservation”) is created on the basis of the reservation made by the customer and its acceptance by the provider . The customer can request a reservation from the provider via the reservation system on the website www.apartmanvstrani.sk
Payments, billing and payment terms
Payment options :
Invoice payment option
You will receive the advance invoice via e-mail based on the reservation with a request for payment, in case of non-payment of the advance invoice by the due date, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Stripe payment
You can pay by cards VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
The customer is obliged to pay the agreed price to the provider for the services provided on the basis of the reservation confirmation completed in the booking system on the website apartmanvstrani.sk, which will be delivered to the customer’s provided email address, with a request for payment or with a confirmation of receipt of payment.
The provider reserves the right to increase the prices of accommodation in the event of an increase in local taxes, but only up to the amount of the increase in these taxes.
Obligations of the contracting parties, accommodation services, handing over and returning the accommodation premises.
The provider undertakes:

Pay the agreed price for the rental
Respect the provider’s regulations
Check – in / check-out
On the day of arrival, check-in is from 14: 00
On the day of departure, check-out is until 12: 00
Regulations of the provider
In the premises of the subject of the rental, the guest may not move equipment, make adjustments and any interventions in the electrical network or other installations without the consent of the provider.
In the premises of the subject of the rental, the customer may not use their own electrical appliances.
Smoking is not allowed in the interior of the subject of the rental. It is strictly forbidden to take any narcotic and psychotropic substances in the premises of the subject of the rental.
It is forbidden to bring any animals to the premises of the rental, except for consultation with the provider and subsequent approval.
Safety instructions
Entry into the subject of the rental is allowed only to persons who have been informed of the observance of safety instructions and signed a declaration as a sign of consent, and only then are allowed to enter the subject of the rental.
Children
A child may enter the subject of the rental only accompanied by their legal representative or an accompanying adult who is fully responsible for them. The minimum age of the child is not established.
Complaints, cancellation policy, changes in the reservation

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is possible only when canceling the rental more than 40 days before the start date of the rental!
40-22 days before arrival:
If the reservation is canceled within this period before the start date of the rental, the provider guarantees a refund of 80% of the payment received, or the possibility to change the reservation date within the current season and according to the availability of dates.
21-8 days before arrival:
If the reservation is canceled within this period before the start date of the rental, the provider guarantees a refund of 50% of the received payment or the possibility to change the reservation date within the current season and according to the availability of dates.
7 days or less before arrival:
If the reservation is canceled 7 days or less before arrival, the provider charges a cancellation of 100% of the payment received and the change of date of the original reservation is no longer possible.
